I have only just found out what has been happening to you for the last several months/centuries. I have read the works of your father and mother for as long as I can remember, and something today made me throw his name into a Google search. My mother died of breast cancer that metastasized to the liver six years ago. For obvious reasons, your story resonates with me considerably. Does hope make a difference? I can only believe so, and let you know that a random stranger wishes you well, as well as your father and, more specifically, your father who I think is probably feeling pretty ragged just now…
